The Plot:

It’s Spring, and retired Air Force Colonel John Hicks is paying a visit to the sleepy English coastal village of Clutterbuck. But this American is no casual tourist. The colonel has shocking news. He has won the entire village in a poker game with Clutterbuck’s wealthiest citizen, and he’s come to claim his winnings. Hicks soon learns that his new possession has big troubles. The local economy is on the ropes, and Hicks finds himself saddled with the task of breathing life back into the once proud fishing village. As he struggles for a plan, Hicks encounters an odd assortment of characters straight out of a Monty Python sketch! Can Clutterbuck be saved? Is Colonel Hicks the answer to the village’s dilemma? Why is a government official from London snooping about? “Hicksville” will leave you laughing and have you cheering for the eccentric but lovable citizens of Clutterbuck!
